This data protection declaration clarifies the user of the website www.zillertal-bier.at (hereinafter "Website") about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by Zillertal Bier (hereinafter "Operator").   1. Presentation of the website

  1. User requests and orders

When contacting the operator (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the following information from the user is processed for the purpose of processing the request or fulfilling the order and in the event that follow-up questions arise: title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and data regarding the request or order (e.g. scope of delivery). The personal data collected in this way is saved by the operator within four months after completion of the processing of the request or fulfillment of the order and then deleted.   1. Contest

When participating in competitions offered on this website, personal data (title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number) are collected.
