Inviting aroma of caramelized pineapple, roasted almonds and Turkish honey, pronounced and dense body. After the long cold fermentation and maturation period, this beer specialty is fully developed in sherry barrels.

For this beer specialty we recommend:
finely smoked meat dishes, smoked fish or raw ham

Colour:

strong copper-colored and naturally cloudy

Glass recommendation:

bulbous red wine glass

Scent:

ripe apricot, caramel pastries and a hint of fresh pine wood

Taste:

full-bodied and at the same time fresh with caramel accompaniment and very balanced bitterness
