Selected apple varieties give Midi‘s apple juice, naturally cloudy, its fruity taste and ensure a nicely balanced ratio of sweetness and acidity. Without the addition of sugar, preservatives or acidulants.

With its natural apple flavor made from 100% direct apple juice, Midi's apple juice sprayed - naturally cloudy forms the perfect basis for a simple non-alcoholic cocktail.

Preparation

Quarter the lime, add the cane sugar and mash with a pestle. Fill the glass with a handful of crushed ice, sprinkle with 15 cl Midi's apple juice and garnish with an apple wedge.
